| Profile | Prof. (Dr) Ruchika Gupta is a distinguished academic professional, currently serving as the Professor and Dean (Academics) at ABES Business School. With an impressive academic experience of 20 years, she has excelled in various roles as a teacher, trainer, mentor, and administrator. Holding a Doctorate from the University of Lucknow, she has also attained three Master's Degrees in MBA (Finance), M.Com, and M.Sc (C.S). Her areas of expertise lie in Finance and IT, where she has conducted extensive research focusing on interdisciplinary studies in technology and management. Dr. Gupta has organized numerous conferences, seminars, workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and has also chaired sessions at several international conferences. She has presented and published more than 70 research papers in renowned national and international conferences and journals. Her work has received wide recognition, resulting in the grant of 36 copyrights and 5 patents. Moreover, she has authored 7 case studies and 2 books with renowned publishers. She actively serves as an Editor, Reviewer, and Advisory Board member for several indexed journals. Her remarkable achievements have garnered numerous accolades, including the "Women Empowerment Award" and the distinguished title of "Best Professor in Information Technology." Dr. Ruchika Gupta is also a certified Trainer and judge for the “Social Innovation Generation” program by HEC, Montreal. |
